This agreement regulates interactions with Joerg Stefan Tretter ( from this point on referred to as "Joe Tretter" in this document).
This document applies to all interactions with any entity including but not limited to Businesses, Government, and Individuals.
The words "You", "Other Party" refer to the entity that interacts with Joe Tretter.


§1 - Lawfulness,  Salvatorian  clause
In the case of one or many clauses in this agreement are in conflict with against current law then the law that is closest to the clause in this agreement applies.
In other words:  If one or more of the provisions contained in this agreement should prove to be void or inapplicable, this shall not entail this agreement being void in this entirety.

§2 - Precedence
In the case of conflicts in the conditions of one or multiple involved parties: the terms described in this Agreement take precedence and are overruling any other clauses, conditions, and agreements.

§3 - Activation
By interacting or doing business with Joe Tretter, you implicitly agree to the terms of this agreement. You are entitled to request a copy of this document via e-mail to joerg.tretter@gmail.com. Hard copies can be created for a fee of $100 USD and have to be requested via letter handwritten by the requestor. Payment for the hard copy is to be done in person by the requestor. §4 - Applicability
This agreement applies to any current, past or future interactions. This document also applies to interactions which begun before the release of this document.

§5 - Missing evidence
In the case of word-against-word situations where involved parties claim to be right without clear facts, the version as suggested by Joe Tretter is to be considered correct unless there is proof is brought forward that is acceptable to Joe Tretter.

§6 - Service fees
Any activity taken by Joe Tretter is chargeable at the rate considered reasonable by Joe Tretter if Joe Tretter decides to do so.
The default charge rate of Joe Tretter is $350 USD per hour and might be adjusted depending on the case as considered reasonable by Joe Tretter.
This includes but is not limited to activities and services like manual labor, travel time, counseling, investigation, administrative efforts.
The minimum charge duration is one hour and times exceeding one hour will be charged in 30-minute increments for every 30 minutes spent or part thereof.

§7 - Invoicing
Invoices sent by Joe Tretter by default might be generic and not include a breakdown of the time spent.
Details can be requested. Requesting is interpreted as a request of Providing these details which are subject to further charges for the efforts of providing detail.
Those efforts are charged as pointed out in §6 (service fees).
Unless stated otherwise Invoices are due within two weeks (14 days) of the issue.
Non-payment is subject to a late fee of up to 10% of the invoice value for every 30 days of non-payment (this is equivalent to 120% apr).

§8 - Policies
No policies can override Joe Tretter's master policy which is that no policies, except this document, are applicable to Joe Tretter unless there is a letter, genuinely handwritten and signed by Joe Tretter, is in place that confirms that whatever policy in question applies to Joe Tretter.

§9 - Disadvantages due to honesty
if  Joe Tretter is caused any disadvantage by honestly responding to questions, then he is entitled to a compensation of 10 times the monetary value of the disadvantage caused.
The monetary value of the disadvantage is agreed to be determined by Joe Tretter and not disputable

§10 - Charges for liabilities.
Any liability toward Joe Tretter is subject to a 23% apr compensation-interest fee on the monetary value of this liability payable to Joe Tretter.
This section applies to financial- as well as non financial (that means goods and services) liabilities.
The compensation can be claimed by Joe Tretter at any point in time after the liability became evident to Joe Tretter.

§11 - Propery withholding right
If somebody is in possession of- and refuses to return Joe Tretter's property, Joe Tretter is allowed to hold on to the other parties property till he received back what is rightfully his.
Joe Tretter has the right to claim an inspection period before returning the other parties property to assure Joe Tretter's property has not been tampered with and no hidden damages are present.

§12 - Unrequested calls, advertisements or other contacts and collaboration
If Joe Tretter is contacted by any kind of interaction, included but not limited to Phone, E-Mail, Personal which was not explicitly requested by Joe Tretter in form of letter, signed and handwritten in Joe Tretter's authentic handwriting then the charges as of the above service fees, as of §6 apply and are enforcible.

§13 - Search fees
If Joe Tretter is asked to go through a search procedure, Joe Tretter might choose to comply. However any such serach attracts a Fee of $10 USD per minute Joe Tretter has been held up starting at the time of asking for a search and ending with Joe Tretter successfully receiving the fee. The Minimum fee is $10 USD.
This section explicitely includes, but is not limited to receipt verifications in stores.
